Hello,

I am writing to see if there are other members who have any difficulty with completing their checklist daily.

My biggest challenge is starting the day off with a loud hand clap and saying, "I am having a great day!" Half  the time I'll muster a soft hand clap and mumble something about having a great day to myself.

Or, I'll sleep in.  I'll listen to the inner voice and enjoy the feel of my bed and just lay there for another hour.

Now, once I get going and out of bed I'll begin the day with the grateful list and do a pretty good job of paying attention to the checklist.

So yeah, sometimes when I get too busy and don't start the day off exactly as the checklist is listed I'll tell myself to wait until tomorrow when I can have another chance to do the list in completion.

Does anyone else struggle with this?

How do you handle your checklist problems?

Thanks!!

FAKE IT UNTIL YOU MAKE IT

We've all done what you've just described.

If you "act as if.." eventually the proper emotion and feeling will fall into allignment.

Now the checklist:  this is where you must creatively manage; if you sit at a computer you can reference it all day.  If not, use 3x5 index cards, pos-it notes, or something of the similar.

Remember, you get out of it what you put in!

Hope that helps!!!
