30 minutes exercise every day!

Goal per member: 28 days

Exercise.

I keep missing the challenges for exercise so I decided to start one of my own!

 

Please join this challenge, it will motivate me and I hope it will motivate you as well.

 

The goal here is to exercise every day for the next month. At least 30 minutes each day.

 

As with other exercise challenges here, you can choose what exercise you do. Perhaps try and find something you haven't tried before!

Walking, swimming, an exercise tape or DVD you know runs for around 30 minutes.

 

You might even decide to add to your time by taking the stairs instead of the elevator, or parking further away from the mall or your work appointment and walking a few extra blocks.

 

Please leave comments as you go about how you are feeling, what obstacles you are facing - please tell us about the good days and bad because we will have both.

You fill in the number of MINUTES that you actually were able to complete.  The table adds them for a cummulative total for members participating.  Micci

OK - so I'm new to challenges.  Are we supposed to put a 1 for the day that we do the exercise or the number of minutes?

hi wordbird, I saw this, but read the time left in the challenge wrong - I assumed there was only 2 days left on yours! sorry.

If its okay, so that I know how to run a challenge and set one up to work properly, I might continue to run mine, but good luck with yours.

You are totally great if you want to start your own. But did you notice we are have one set up and starting in a day or so? You'd be SO welcome there and we have a big, fun team to support you. It's the Hit Gym; Get Strong challenge.

 

If you want. if you want to run at the same time as our group, that's great too.
