No computer after 10 pm

Goal per member: 10 30 days

turn off computer.
I usually end up working or browsing on my computer until the early morning hours. Because of this, my insomnia has become worse. If I get of the computer long before I head to bed I know this will help me sleep and be more productive.

Usually I have my computer on until the early moring hours. Now that I am turning it off before 10 pm, I am actually sleeping at night! And what is even more amazing is that, thanks to TOOLS Day 1 - About sleep, I have been falling asleep at the same time and waking up at the same time!
